Do you teach the unit circle? Grab these comprehensive unit circle notes, which delve into the mathematics behind it. The focus is on understanding the side lengths of 45-45-90 and 30-60-90 triangles, and applying this knowledge to the unit circle.

Students will calculate the coordinates on the unit circle using right triangles, and determine the sine and cosine of the non-right angles in these triangles. They'll then connect these values to the coordinates on the unit plane. Radians are NOT introduced in these notes, as they guide students to discover the coordinates themselves through logical connections.
